These things I learned from my Sim:
Go to the bathroom before you take a shower.
Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
Eat at least 3 good meals a day plus snacks.
Go to bed at a reasonable hour.
Take pride in all you do.
Do your job well.
Help others whenever possible and you will be rewarded.
Talk to your family and friends daily-it keeps you happy.
